Our stay at Emerald Boutique was good! The hotel is centrally located with clean rooms, and we appreciated the included breakfast. The welcoming staff greeted us with cucumber lemonade upon arrival, which was refreshing after a long drive. Our room was well maintained, and we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant where the food was delicious, complemented by excellent service. The hotel also offers a convenient airport shuttle service.

Room temperature management is frustrating!!! The air conditioning requires constant adjustment, leaving guests either sweating or chilly. Internet speed disappoints, making it hard to get work done!!! Uneven floor levels cause discomfort when walking.

Our stay was delightful, waking up each morning to a tasty breakfast buffet. The staff were always cheerful, making our time here even more enjoyable.

The lack of a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a bit inconvenient, but we managed without them for our short stay.

The bathroom in my Deluxe Double Room was notably spacious and well-maintained, complemented by a hot rain shower that provided a refreshing experience. Breakfast included a healthy buffet featuring homemade soup, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the internet was consistently slow, and parking was limited, making it slightly inconvenient during peak hours.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and cozy my Standard Single Room was. the bathroom sparkled! The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to my day, definitely a highlight. However, it was a bit cramped for someone tall like me. I'd gladly return!

Great Value Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a comfortable stay in a clean, chic setup. The air conditioning kept us cool despite the weather. However, room management could improve—my request for extra cleaning wasn’t fully met, leaving the bed unmade at times. Enjoyed nearby dining, which was a huge plus!

The room was spacious with a large, comfy bed. The motorbike rental was super convenient for exploring nearby spots.

It was just a fitting option for a brief hiatus in Legazpi with value for money. Enjoyed the refreshing cucumber lemonade at check-in, a nice touch after a long trip. Better check for hot water before settling in.
